Job Description
Job Requirements
- Proven experience serving as a Controller or Senior Accounting Leader for a federal government contractor is required.
- Deep expertise in GovCon compliance including FAR, CAS, DCAA audit readiness, indirect rate structures, and cost accounting standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience within government contracting environments.
- Hands-on experience operating Unanet ERP in a government contracting environment is strongly required.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
