Job Description

• Serve as the senior accounting authority for the company, ensuring financial accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. • Own and lead the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability as MO grows. • Establish scalable financial processes and internal controls to support MO’s growth from a mid-size GovCon to a larger enterprise. • Monitor indirect cost growth drivers and provide leadership with actionable recommendations to maintain healthy financial performance. • Partner with executive leadership to develop and manage a plan to achieve and sustain target wrap rates, balancing growth investment with financial discipline. • Build and maintain financial dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into revenue performance, utilization, indirect cost trends, wrap rates, and profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience serving as a Controller or Senior Accounting Leader for a federal government contractor is required.
  • Deep expertise in GovCon compliance including FAR, CAS, DCAA audit readiness, indirect rate structures, and cost accounting standards.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience within government contracting environments.
  • Hands-on experience operating Unanet ERP in a government contracting environment is strongly required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
