• Lead payer contracting strategy for cardiology-focused ASCs, including interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and cath lab services • Negotiate commercial, Medicare Advantage, and managed care payer agreements to achieve competitive reimbursement and favorable contract terms • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including negotiations, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations • Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to model reimbursement scenarios and assess financial impact of contract changes • Ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of contract terms across revenue cycle, billing, and operational teams • Monitor contract performance, utilization trends, expected reimbursement and payer compliance • Serve as primary point of contact for payer representatives and internal stakeholders • Support ASC expansion initiatives, including new service lines, payer participation, and market entry strategies • Maintain contract documentation and data within contract lifecycle management systems • Stay current on regulatory, reimbursement, and industry trends impacting cardiology ASCs
