- AI, machine learning, or automation implementation experience.
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record of leading complex client relationships and managing challenging situations.
- Executive presentation and communication experience with ability to prepare and deliver strategic information to executives.
- Demonstrated expertise in metrics-based management and organizational performance measurement.
- Hands-on experience with AI development and prototyping.
