Role Description
Support ecommerce experiences by producing high-volume, web-ready imagery and digital assets using established design systems and brand guidelines.
We are seeking a Graphic / Web Production Designer to support a fast-paced digital retail environment creating high-volume, web-ready assets. This role focuses on producing and optimizing product imagery and digital graphics using established brand guidelines and design systems. The designer will work across multiple requests simultaneously, manipulating and preparing images for web implementation while maintaining strong visual accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and experienced in a production-focused design workflow where speed, consistency, and quality are critical.
As a Graphic / Web Production Designer, You Will
- Design and produce high-quality, web-ready graphics following established brand guidelines and design systems
- Manipulate and prepare product imagery including masking, compositing, colorizing, and retouching
- Optimize digital images for performance and download efficiency across web platforms
- Export and prepare image assets to development specifications
- Create and maintain clean, scalable graphic templates and production files
- Support creation of visual components such as product imagery, size chart graphics, and other ecommerce assets
- Follow established workflows and standard operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
- Fulfill multiple production requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy and consistency across assets
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in a web or digital production design environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with experience manipulating and preparing imagery for web use
- Experience with image production tasks such as masking, compositing, colorizing, and retouching
- Ability to export and prepare image assets according to development specifications
- Strong understanding of web asset workflows and digital image optimization
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain visual accuracy across large volumes of assets
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience supporting ecommerce or retail digital experiences preferred
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS and how assets are implemented on the web preferred
- Experience with ImageMagick or willingness to learn preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant web production or digital graphic work required

- Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
- Physical Demands: Physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Work Environment: Typical for an office setting or home environment. Remote or onsite, Seattle preferred.
- Travel: None.
