We’re a profitable, growth-stage company building industry-leading martech and data products for the rentals industry. While originally known for building and operating one of the U.S.’s largest rental marketplaces - Rentable, our focus has shifted to our category-leading AI and data SaaS products with triple-digit growth rates. We’re a fully remote team of 100+ spread across the U.S. from coast to coast. We operate on a strict no a**holes policy and are proud to have built a community of highly performant people that take our work seriously, but not ourselves. While we’ve raised $30MM+ to date from some of the world’s best investors, we’re profitable with a strong balance sheet and an indefinite runway. We pride ourselves on achieving rapid growth without having to incinerate capital. If you like the idea of joining an industry-changing company made up of people who genuinely like each other, Rentable could be a great fit for you.

Job Description
Role Description
We're looking for a Product Manager - Agent AI to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of a new agentic AI product that transforms how multifamily operators work. You'll go deep with customers to map their workflows, identify where autonomous agents can eliminate friction and act on their behalf, and define the roadmap to bring those capabilities to market. Partnering closely with engineering, design, analytics, and data science, you'll move from discovery through delivery, validating ideas through rapid experimentation, defining agent behaviors and trust boundaries, and shipping products grounded in real operator outcomes, not AI hype.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to launch for AI-powered and agent-driven experiences
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery to identify where intelligent automation can create outsized value for multifamily operators
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to rapidly develop and iterate on products
- Define success metrics oriented around real operator outcomes
- Own the product backlog and make data-driven prioritization decisions to maximize impact
- Engage deeply with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and comfort levels with AI-driven automation
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on positioning, field enablement, and go-to-market strategy
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and leadership, making clear tradeoff recommendations and building consensus around product direction
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience building or shipping AI-powered products
- Demonstrated experience working with LLM-based features, agent frameworks, and autonomous workflows in a product context
- Experience identifying and prioritizing AI use cases based on ROI and customer impact
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate fast-moving AI capabilities into clear product plans and customer-facing value
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Analytical and data-driven approach to prioritization
- Organized and detail-oriented with project management experience
- Genuine curiosity about how AI agents can transform real operator workflows
What Success Looks Like
- Deep customer empathy: You stay close to customers and build real relationships, not just collect feedback.
- Extreme ownership: You own the outcome end to end. Details do not slip, risks are surfaced early, and when something breaks you take accountability fast.
- Bias for speed and action: Velocity is your north star. You make fast, sound calls, ship the smallest thing that proves value, then iterate based on what users actually do.
- Obsession with quality and details: You have strong product taste and a high bar.
- Decisive judgment: You can operate in ambiguity and make hard tradeoffs without dragging the team through endless debate.
- Relentless drive: You push through blockers and find paths forward.
Benefits
- Remote-First: Freedom to work from home across most of the U.S.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary that reflects your impact and expertise.
- Paid Time Off: Flexible vacation policy and dedicated paid parental leave.
- Your Health Matters: High-quality Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans.
- Peace of Mind (On Us): 100% company-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance.
- Protection for Your Whole Crew: Access supplemental insurance for unexpected events.
- Invest in Your Future: 401k Program to help you build for the long term.
