  • Build and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across facility engineering, controls, reliability, and technical operations functions.
  • Support the development of maintenance strategies, engineering governance, escalation processes, and infrastructure performance standards.
  • Serve as a senior technical leader in customer and partner discussions related to infrastructure capabilities, design solutions, and delivery strategy.

  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to balance technical rigor, operational practicality, and business priorities.
  • Experience with AI, HPC, hyperscale, or cloud infrastructure environments.
  • Experience supporting build-to-suit data center development and/or owner-operated digital infrastructure assets.
  • Familiarity with large-scale utility coordination, campus-scale infrastructure planning, and energy strategy.
  • Experience working directly with major enterprise, cloud, or technology customers on technical infrastructure solutions.
  • Background spanning both project development and long-term operations.

Benefits

  • A culture that values authenticity and diverse perspectives.
  • An inclusive, respectful environment with open workspaces and an energetic, start-up spirit.
  • A fast-growing company with opportunities to network with industry pioneers and enthusiasts.
