Job Description

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of analytics and data vendor resources • Coordinate with procurement, legal, and IT to ensure all onboarding requirements are met • Facilitate access provisioning processes (e.g., identity and system access) • Ensure vendors comply with company security, data governance, and operational policies • Track and maintain documentation related to vendor compliance requirements • Identify and resolve compliance gaps or onboarding delays • Serve as the point of contact between internal teams and vendor partners • Work with vendor management and procurement teams to support contractor onboarding tied to vendor agreements • Support scaling of analytics contractor resources across global teams • Document and improve vendor onboarding workflows • Recommend improvements to streamline vendor engagement and compliance tracking • Support implementation of tools or platforms used for vendor management

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in vendor management, procurement operations, or compliance
  • Experience supporting external vendors or consulting partners
  • Strong understanding of vendor onboarding processes and governance
  • Familiarity with enterprise security and access provisioning processes (e.g., identity management, enterprise access)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a cross-functional, global environment
  • Experience working with data analytics vendors or consulting firms
