Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join Procore’s Go-to-Market (GTM) FP&A team. In this role, you’ll work closely with finance, Go-to-Market and revenue operations to support the topline functions at Procore..
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll partner with Go-to-market, Revenue Operations, and Revenue Planning to provide continued business support on all topline metrics including: financial modeling, planning, and reporting for bookings, revenue, cRPO/RPO, billings, & collections. Use your business partnering, financial modeling, and active communication abilities to drive critical business insights and influence results. This position reports to the Senior Manager, FP&A. The role can be based in Austin, TX or work remotely from any US location. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Business partner with colleagues within FP&A, Revenue Operations, and Go-to-Market
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting methodologies to produce accurate 4-quarter bookings forecasts
Perform bookings and pipeline analytics
Support financial modeling for Revenue, cRPO/RPO, ARR, Billings, and Collections
Support annual and long range planning processes for topline business motions
Design, build, and maintain financial dashboards and executive level reporting
Own topline forecasting processes in Pigment and drive continuous improvements on the platform
What we’re looking for:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3+ years of experience in FP&A, Public accounting, investment banking, or private equity
Experience supporting Revenue, bookings, or GTM organizations in a B2B SaaS environment
Advanced Excel, Google sheet, and financial modeling skills. Proficiency in Powerpoint/Google Slides and business analytics tools
Strong financial modeling skills with experience in large, multi-variance planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive
Ability and desire to take initiative and work in an unknown, highly dynamic environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and an understanding of how to synthesize details depending on audience
Values oriented and approaches work with an open and optimistic attitude
