Job Description

This description is a summary of our understanding of the job description. Click on 'Apply' button to find out more.

Role Description

We're looking for a sharp, creative Product Marketing Manager to own how Ditto shows up in the market. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of product, sales, and the customer — and it's a genuine opportunity to build. You'll work closely with our leadership team to distill our product vision into the messaging, content, and positioning that customers actually see and feel.

You'll be backfilling a nearly six-year Ditto veteran, which means there's a wealth of institutional knowledge to inherit — and real room to make the role your own.

What You'll Own

  • Positioning & Messaging — Develop and maintain compelling, differentiated positioning for both our commercial and public sector (pubsec) products. You'll be the voice that bridges what we build with why it matters to buyers.
  • Content Creation — Produce original content across the funnel, with a sharp focus on awareness and demand generation. From thought leadership to battle cards, you'll write content that actually moves the needle.
  • Product Launches — Serve as a key stakeholder in every product launch, partnering closely with the product org to ensure go-to-market readiness, crisp messaging, and strong market impact.
  • Pipeline Creation — Contribute meaningfully to pipeline growth, with marketing-sourced pipeline as a direct measure of your impact — and an eye toward influence across all sources.

Who You'll Work With

You'll be a key partner to two of the most important teams in the company:

  • Sales — Arm the team with the messaging, content, and competitive intel they need to win.
  • Product — Collaborate on roadmap context, launch planning, and ensuring the market understands what we're building and why.

You'll also have direct access to and partnership with Ditto's leadership team.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  • Positioning and messaging frameworks are in place for both commercial and pubsec audiences.
  • A steady cadence of high-quality content is driving awareness and feeding the top of the funnel.
  • Marketing has a measurable, growing contribution to pipeline.
  • Product launches are executed with clarity, coordination, and impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in a technical or SaaS environment.
  • Strong writer and storyteller — you can turn complex product concepts into clear, compelling customer narratives.
  • Experience supporting both commercial and public sector go-to-market motions is a plus.
  • Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level — this is a builder role.
  • Collaborative by nature, with strong instincts for working across product, sales, and leadership.
  • Based in or willing to work in EST (candidates across EST–PST time zones will be considered).

Benefits

  • Competitive salaries and meaningful equity.
  • Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance in the US.
  • 401(k) and flexible spending accounts in the US.
  • Private healthcare through Vitality and a pension plan in the UK.
  • Equitable benefits and coverage for team members elsewhere in the world.
  • Flexible time off for all employees.
  • Access to Atlanta and San Francisco offices for remote workers.

Equal Opportunity Employer

Ditto is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We do not discriminate in hiring or any employment decision based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, veteran status, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. Ditto is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please let us know.
