• Support the new business and renewal process for the clients of Digital Insurance • Gather applications from carrier(s) and send to clients • Instruct employers how to complete required paperwork • Scrub forms then send to carrier(s) for implementation • Communicate final approval from the carrier to the client • Database management and proper documentation including entering Account Level information into Microsoft CRM • Track all email correspondence and provide specific notations in CRM • Balance and prioritize daily tasks managing appointments, calls, and e-mails • Build and maintain rapport with carrier contacts • Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines • Additional responsibilities assigned by management
