• Contribute to the on-time delivery of features by accurately defining technical requirements and identifying dependencies early in the development process.
• Identify and implement product improvements that enhance gross retention by reducing customer complaints and increasing feature adoption.
• Deliver actionable market insights that help set product roadmap priorities and contribute to the growth of annual recurring revenue (ARR).
• Provide data-driven product recommendations that lead to improvements in annual recurring revenue (ARR), supported by quantitative analysis and customer feedback.
