Role Description

As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling innovative software solutions that transform how people engage with complex information at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, to design, implement, and maintain features that leverage AI-assisted development tools. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing user experience, accelerating development velocity, and integrating advanced technologies into the platform. • Write, maintain, and test high-quality software code using modern frameworks and languages.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to develop engaging, scalable features.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, improve quality, and support debugging.
• Build and integrate AI agents, agentic workflows, and third-party APIs to enhance platform capabilities.
• Support internal teams by providing engineering expertise and troubleshooting solutions.
• Contribute to the refinement of AI-first development practices, tooling, and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize architecture, systems, and codebase performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in JavaScript or TypeScript; 2+ years in Python, Ruby, Java, Go, or Rust.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience with web technologies, frameworks, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, testing practices, and unit tests.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve AI-generated code.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams, including remote work environments.
• Preferred: Experience with React, Django, Kubernetes, Docker, RAG patterns, and vector databases.
