Role Description
Raytheon-Rafael Area Protection Systems (R2S) Joint Venture (JV) is seeking an energetic, self-directed Business Systems SME to support the VP of Operations / Product Delivery and site leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations of R2S ERP Systems.
- Drive Integrated Business planning process through collaboration with Supply Chain, mitigating and managing risks, and reshaping the plan to meet changing organizational requirements.
- Drive capacity management to increase production while reducing WIP and increasing velocity.
- Establish and lead best practices for utilization of the ERP system as it relates to operations.
- Facilitate the review and analysis of data and metrics for operations and programs.
- Drive world class ERP practice and all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.
- Evaluating aggregate plans for time-phased projections for Product, Demand, Supply, and the resulting financials.
- Execution of the Integrated Business plan with the key objective of ensuring critical resources are allocated to most effectively and profitably meet customers’ needs.
- Facilitate compliance with government and corporate laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible for all projects assigned to the organizational unit. Acts as an advisor to functional managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10 or more years of applicable experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 10 years of experience in Material Requirement Planning, supervision or management role in a manufacturing environment.
- Government Property / Asset Management experience.
- Broad knowledge of advanced principles, concepts and practices and their application within function or discipline as well as their impact within other organizations.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Communication, Interpersonal, Conflict Resolution, Problem solving/analytical, Confidentiality.
- Data Analysis, Advanced Excel, Power BI.
- Computer skills: Word processor, spreadsheet, database, presentation, email, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting and briefing executive level leadership.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Experience with IFS ERP/MRP Platform.
