Job Description
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of successful sales experience
- Deep experience in FinTech sales, specifically selling complex software solutions to banks and financial institutions
- A disciplined, persistent, and strategic approach to cultivating and closing opportunities in target accounts
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to follow a disciplined sales process
- Mastery of active listening and storytelling; someone who is genuine and can build high-level trust with skeptical stakeholders through consultative partnership
- Expert-level management of CRM tools and the ability to implement sales best practices and methodologies
- A commitment to maintaining quality service by enforcing organizational standards and participating in professional societies.
