Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Relevant work experience (1-3 years) including control identification, testing, and process improvement
- Strong skills in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Understanding of business processes, financial reporting, and information technology audit and control frameworks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- MBA, CIA, CPA, or CISA is a plus or a desire to obtain an advanced degree or certification
- Prior Internal Audit, External Audit, ICFR, or process evaluation and design experience
- Experience with data analytics tools
- Previous telecom experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification
