The Opportunity

• Provide support for general business transactions.
• Attend meetings and provide insight into discussions.
• Collaborate on specific projects, offer assistance, and contribute fresh ideas.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Attend training sessions or workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Seek feedback and actively engage in the learning process.
• Performs related duties as required.

Required Experience and Competencies

• Some high school experience with a valid work permit required.
• 1-2 years of work experience in any capacity (can be positions geld while in school, volunteer, or club experience) preferred.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Organizational and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to handle detailed work accurately and quickly, work to deadlines on multiple tasks, to work as a team member in a collaborative and participatory manner, and to interact both in person and remotely with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently with drive and initiative as well as work well within a team setting.
• Demonstrated self-learner interested in continued professional development and personal growth.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $17.50 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
