Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, including ownership of complex, user-facing digital products.
- Proven experience building, launching, and scaling payments or fintech products.
- Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, including gateways, processors, payment facilitators, and settlement flows.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate product strategy and results to senior leadership, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into clear product direction and execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience with product and delivery tools such as Jira and product analytics platforms (e.g., Heap, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Comfort working with APIs, data, and complex systems at scale.
- Experience with ISO standards and payment facilitator operations (Nice to Have).
- Technical understanding of payment frameworks and data models (Nice to Have).
- Experience operating in highly regulated or global payments environments (Nice to Have).
- Builder mentality: entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable defining net-new initiatives in ambiguous spaces (Nice to Have).
