Job Description
• Own the administration and optimization of the sales and marketing tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Spekit, etc.).
• Maintain high data integrity across all systems.
• Manage lead routing, lead-to-account mapping, and database hygiene.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track KPIs across the entire customer journey, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to design and implement scalable workflows that reduce friction and increase rep productivity.
• Provide regular revenue forecasts and performance analysis to the executive team, identifying trends and "breaks" in the demand waterfall.
• Serve as the technical expert for Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure all teams are aligned on a "single source of truth" for data.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales/Marketing Operations or Systems Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Salesforce: Expert-level knowledge (Admin certification highly preferred).
- Marketing Automation: Deep experience with HubSpot and Insycle (our lead routing technology).
- BI Tools: Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for advanced data visualization.
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to write Salesforce and Hubspot reports and perform complex data modeling in Excel.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the church/nonprofit tech landscape is a significant plus but not required.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
