Role Description

  • Lead the overall content vision and strategy across marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Own brand voice, messaging architecture, and narrative positioning across all channels.
  • Oversee the content team, providing strategic direction, feedback, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, creative, and performance teams to ensure cohesive and conversion-driven messaging.
  • Develop and optimize content strategies for websites, product pages, email marketing, paid media, social media, and editorial platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, growth objectives, and revenue goals.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and continuously refine strategy based on data and customer insights.
  • Stay ahead of content trends, storytelling frameworks, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or brand storytelling (preferably in eCommerce, publishing, or DTC brands).
  • Deep knowledge of social media strategy, including organic growth, content positioning, platform-specific storytelling, and aligning social with broader brand and revenue goals.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling content teams.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and performance-driven content.
  • Experience overseeing social content calendars and collaborating with paid media teams to align organic and paid messaging.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and platform insights (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc.) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful narratives.
