Role Description

We are seeking an independent, architect-minded, and highly flexible Operations Project Manager to join our Global Operations Project Team. Operating in a 100% remote environment, you will work in close collaboration with the Senior Operations Project Manager (SOPM) and the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a high-impact role where you will transform high-level vision into reality.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the SOPM and COO to define project priorities and transform broad company goals into actionable project architecture.
  • Agile Priority Management: Masterfully use Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage project backlogs, pivoting resources and timelines effectively when company priorities shift.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Own the full project lifecycle from "blank slate" ideation to final delivery across Customer Service, Logistics, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment: Drive project momentum by building strong partnerships across global departments, providing regular updates to stakeholders and higher management.
  • Strategic Discovery: Proactively audit current operational processes to identify hidden bottlenecks and design innovative, data-backed solutions.
  • BAU Transition: Ensure long-term scalability by creating comprehensive operational playbooks and managing a structured handover to department leadership once projects reach the Business As Usual (BAU) phase.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of PM experience in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • Agile Mastery: Expert-level understanding of Agile/Scrum, specifically in managing shifting priorities and changing scopes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Jira/Asana and strong analytical ability to visualize data for executive reporting.
  • English Proficiency (C1 Level): Excellent written and verbal English is mandatory.

Requirements

  • Architect Mindset: Proven track record of taking a vague executive goal and building the entire project infrastructure required to achieve it.
  • Strategic Flexibility: You view shifting priorities as an opportunity rather than a setback.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: You are a natural investigator who asks the "hard questions" to uncover root causes.
  • Systems Thinking: You leverage PM tools (Jira, Asana) and Data tools (QuickSight, Excel) to maintain transparency and provide real-time insights to leadership.
  • Resilience in Ambiguity: You are comfortable entering undocumented environments and taking pride in bringing order to chaos.

Benefits

  • Strategic Influence: Direct line to the COO and the ability to influence the operational backbone of a global leader in eyewear.
  • True Autonomy & Flexible Hours: We value results over "hours logged."
  • KPI-Driven Performance Bonus: Performance bonus tied to project goal completion and successful delivery of strategic KPIs.
  • Security & Wellbeing: Comprehensive package including Paid Annual Leave and Sick Leave.
  • Global Remote Culture: A team that values asynchronous efficiency, clear documentation, and respect for your autonomy.
