The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for scaling awareness, acquisition, and engagement by driving sustainable growth through data-driven marketing, focusing heavily on paid acquisition performance across platforms like Meta and Google with a ~$100K/month budget. This role involves owning the paid acquisition strategy, supporting full-funnel growth initiatives, and improving visibility into key performance indicators like CAC, LTV, and ROAS through clear dashboards.

This director owns the technical roadmap, architecture alignment, and delivery of all customer-facing applications, primarily focusing on ecommerce platform performance, scalability, and continuous evolution. They partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between stores, digital platforms, and customer engagement tools for consistent brand experiences.

The Director will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring a team of remote client service professionals while providing ongoing coaching and establishing clear goals and accountability standards. This role also involves supporting team members in delivering compliant, client-focused service and fostering a collaborative, high-performance remote team culture.
