Job Requirements
- Able to obtain a US Government Public Trust Clearance
- CCNP required with a minimum of 4 years’ experience plus additional industry-related certifications.
- Palo Alto experience is also required, supporting an enterprise network.
- Experience with WAN circuit delivery, monitoring and maintenance.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within an enterprise network infrastructure consisting of multiple data centers and supporting large enterprise network LAN & WAN operations.
- Experience creating detailed physical and logical data center and site-level network diagrams.
- Experience with ITIL or other IT service-delivery methodologies

The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing end-to-end network architecture for hybrid connectivity models, focusing on managed network and security services across thousands of distributed customer sites. Key tasks include daily operational monitoring, incident response, configuration management, and serving as the technical point of contact for customer escalations.
