Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join a remote behavioral health team serving clients throughout Maryland. This role centers on providing practical, effective therapy through telehealth, helping clients address concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions. The position offers the opportunity to focus on clinical care in a structured full-time schedule with consistent hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Perform initial evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Track progress and modify interventions based on clinical need
- Complete session notes and related documentation accurately and on time
- Help clients build coping skills, insight, and healthier patterns of behavior
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, licensing standards, and internal protocols
- Use sound clinical judgment in assessing risk and determining next steps
- Participate in care coordination as needed to support treatment continuity
Job Requirements
- Active Maryland LCPC license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related mental health field
- Prior experience in outpatient mental health or similar clinical setting
- Skilled in assessment, case conceptualization, and treatment planning
- Comfortable with technology and virtual service delivery
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with evidence-based counseling approaches
- Full-time weekday availability
