Your challenge

Job Title: Product Manager

Reporting to: Head of Product

Location: Irvine, CA or remote (within the U.S.)

Company: Hubject Inc. (North American Team)


As a Product Manager at Hubject, you will be responsible for the development, improvement, and management of our product line. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather market insights, and drive product strategies to ensure our offerings meet customer needs and market demands.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering or related field
  • 2+ years as a Product Manager (tech or automotive industry experience)
  • Experience managing large-scale IT projects (ex: onboarding clients to the s/w platforms)
  • Understanding of electric vehicle technology and associated software solutions
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel up to four times annually within the U.S. and once internationally
  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Your Tasks

Product

  • Product Strategy: Execute a clear product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market trends in the EV industry.
  • Product Development: Work closely with product & s/w development team to enhance our two product platforms, Plug&Charge and Intercharge.
  • Product Roadmap: Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and define release schedules.

 

Communication

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.
  • Customer Support: Offer ongoing technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive solutions to maximize their experience with our products.
  • Account Management: Manage the relationship for major accounts & assist with product demos, new customer outreach, etc.

 

Technical Enablement

  • Technical Expertise: Develop into a subject matter expert on our products, providing guidance to customers on configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of data and configurations within the platform during the onboarding process.
  • Training and Documentation: Create and deliver training materials, documentation, and resources to empower customers to use our platform effectively.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the EV market.
