Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and client-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to support customers by ensuring clear communication, organized scheduling, and a smooth overall experience from initial request through completion. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, managing details, and providing consistent, professional support.

In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their needs, gather necessary information, and provide updates throughout the coordination process. You will assist with scheduling, confirmations, and maintaining organized records within internal systems. Your attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks will help ensure clients receive accurate information and timely service.
