Job Description

• Leading complex, high-value sales cycles from prospecting through to close • Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline of strategic opportunities • Engaging C-level stakeholders across banking and fintech organisations • Collaborating with Pre-Sales and Product to shape compelling solutions • Contributing to go-to-market strategy and feedback loops for the Sales team

Job Requirements

  • Extensive years experience selling B2B, enterprise-level SaaS solutions
  • Experience selling complex solutions to C-level decision-makers
  • A structured and repeatable approach to best-in-class sales practices
  • Solid understanding of US banking and/or Financial Services ecosystem(s)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
  • Familiarity with real-time payment schemes (e.g. FedNow, RTP, SEPA, FPS)
  • Background in banking or experience working for regulated financial institutions
