Job Description
• Develop and grow markets for sensory components like flavors and colors
• Work with strategic producer partners to learn product portfolio
• Identify and strategize entry into potential target accounts
• Visit accounts with the sales team and engage with customer R&D
• Suggest best solutions to the customer with producer partners
• Follow up with customers for successful commercialization of products
• Attend product trainings and extend training to field account managers
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in food science
- Min 10 years’ experience in food product development and or technical sales
- Understanding of unit operations and unit processes in the beverage, dairy, bakery, and prepared foods industries
- Extensive hands-on experience with the application of flavors and colors in a variety of food products
