Job Description

• Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits better. • Use the knowledge gained from training to answer patient calls effectively. • Keep track of patient interactions and document them in real-time. • Identify and empathetically address patient concerns, escalating if necessary.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required
  • 1+ years of customer service/call center experience
  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with RXHome and Care Central or Customer Relationship Manager preferred.
