Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced PRN APP (NP or PA) to join our Telehealth Services team in providing primary care. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in family medicine. We are looking for someone who is open to working mornings, afternoons, and evenings depending on the day, including weekends.
Highlights Include:
100% Remote
Flexibility within working hours (weekdays and weekends required)
APP will see patients for acute issues as well as chronic condition management
No call requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Active NP or PA
At least 3 years’ experience as APP
Will be required to obtain a VA and NC License
Applicants may live in the following states: Indiana, Nevada, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wisconsin

This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive national service strategies for imaging modalities, acting as a bridge between procurement/partnerships and service execution realities. Key duties involve establishing feedback loops to identify service gaps, translating supply chain strategies into actionable service adjustments, and owning the rollout of new service protocols across all regions.
The role involves conducting psychiatric evaluations and providing medication management services using evidence-based, measurement-informed care via telehealth. Clinicians must also complete treatment plans every 90 days and ensure all clinical documentation is submitted for payment.
The physician will utilize video conferencing to conduct virtual appointments, developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for various mental health conditions including ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Responsibilities also include prescribing and managing medications, delivering patient education, and maintaining accurate medical records.
