About the Role:
Join our team as a Vacation Planning Coordinator, assisting individuals and families in organizing well-structured vacation experiences while working remotely. In this role, you will support clients as they explore destination options, accommodations, and activities that align with their travel preferences and schedules. Your primary focus will be coordinating travel arrangements, organizing itinerary details, and ensuring that all reservation information is clearly documented and easy for clients to follow.
As a Vacation Planning Coordinator, you will assist clients throughout the planning process by helping organize accommodations, transportation arrangements, and activity options that contribute to a smooth and enjoyable vacation experience. Many trips involve multiple reservations and scheduling considerations, so attention to detail and organization are essential. You will assist with verifying confirmations, organizing travel timelines, and maintaining accurate records so that each travel plan is properly coordinated.
Clear communication is an important part of this role. Clients rely on accurate information about reservations, itinerary details, and travel timelines. You will help ensure that confirmations are organized and that travel information is communicated clearly throughout the planning process.
This position is fully remote and well suited for individuals who enjoy helping others organize meaningful travel experiences while maintaining structured workflows and dependable follow-through. Training is available for all new hires so they can become familiar with planning systems, documentation procedures, and coordination processes used to support vacation planning.
