Job Description
• Report to the Chief Product Officer and execute Movable Ink’s product strategy
• Partner with the CPO and executive team to shape and evolve product strategy
• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of 8-10 PMs
• Establish and improve product management practices
• Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with company strategy
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing teams
• Serve as a senior leader within the Product Advisory Council
• Maintain a strong understanding of Movable Ink’s products and technical architecture
• Drive delivery of product capabilities that create customer value
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Experience with B2C CRM and personalization capabilities across email, SMS, push, in-app, and web channels
- Exposure to AI-driven decisioning, automation, or agentic systems within Martech, Adtech, or adjacent platforms
- Familiarity with B2C email and mobile platforms, partner ecosystems, and responsible AI practices
- Proven ability to lead and develop product managers and technical leaders
- Experience driving multi-quarter product roadmaps informed by data, customer insights, and business outcomes
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience developing and articulating product vision aligned with company strategy and revenue goals
