We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company databases and systems. This is a fully remote position that requires strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to handle routine tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into company databases and spreadsheets

• Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness

• Correct data errors and inconsistencies when identified

• Maintain organized digital records and files

• Transfer information from source documents into digital systems

• Follow company guidelines for data management and confidentiality

• Meet assigned deadlines and productivity targets

• Communicate with supervisors regarding data updates or issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)

• Good typing speed with strong accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Reliable computer and stable internet connection

• Basic written communication skills

• Previous data entry experience is an advantage but not required
