The ideal candidate combines enterprise SaaS selling experience with a genuine understanding of hospital clinical operations and a proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals in healthcare. The Account Executive will play a key role in driving strategic, new enterprise-wide sales initiatives within healthcare organizations to achieve sales goals and growth objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Create and manage a sales pipeline of opportunities within a territory through inbound and outbound sales motions
Use a consultative and value selling approach from initial discovery to closing
Autonomously deliver high-impact Smart Room solution demonstrations and sales presentations, whether live on-site or via webinar, to a broad range of stakeholders from frontline nursing staff and technology managers to C-suite leadership
Accurately forecast pipeline deals in both size and timing and participate in recurring pipeline reviews
Consistently update company CRM and provide reports as needed to ensure a timely and accurate view of the pipeline and all pursuit activities
Develop deep product expertise in TigerConnect Smart Room technology, including software applications, displays, integrations, EHR data feeds, and real-time care team communication workflows
What You Bring:
BA/BS required, MBA or graduate degree is a plus
5+ years working selling at the enterprise level in Healthcare Technology (SaaS preferred)
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota through new logo acquisition and account expansion
Experience selling complex solutions into C-suite and clinical leadership within healthcare organizations
Strong consultative and value-based selling skills
Ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Experience with healthcare technology, clinical workflows, or hospital systems preferred
Familiarity with patient engagement platforms, smart room technology, or bedside clinical communication systems (e.g. Avidex, Sonifi, GetWell, Cloudbreak) preferred
