Role Description

The program modernizes defense financial management by replacing legacy systems with a standardized Oracle E-Business Suite ERP solution. Established through federal legislation, it improves financial accountability, standardizes business processes, and supports better decision-making. The system provides a unified platform for multiple organizations and users, using SAFe methodology to support ongoing development and program management activities.

  • Lead contractor Information Technology (IT) Acquisition process team to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide knowledge of the Information Technology Acquisition lifecycle process and management of milestones.
  • Manage the acquisition and meeting schedule milestones.
  • Manage and track the collection, input, and processing of information and data received from customers and technical contacts.
  • Identify discrepancies, risk, and available resources with government program manager.
  • Collaborate on process improvement and completion with the government program manager to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of information transmitted for review.
  • Manage, review, and analyze a variety of source and acquisition documentation.

Qualifications

  • Required 5 years of experience in program management for Acquisition Category (ACAT) programs and non-ACAT programs.
  • Experience with the Information Technology Acquisition lifecycle process and acquisition milestones.
  • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3).

  • Experience supporting both ACAT and non-ACAT acquisition programs.
