Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Workday Operations Engineer to support and optimize our Workday system, ensuring its seamless performance and integration within our business operations. This role involves:
- Monitoring system health
- Troubleshooting issues
- Managing system updates
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Workday functionality
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Workday, experience with system configurations, integrations, and security, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Please note US citizenship is required for this role to obtain security clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years' experience as a Business, Systems or Technical Analyst required
- US citizenship is required to obtain security clearance
- Experience with Workday system administration, configurations, and integrations required
- Experience with Accounting, Finance, Budgeting, HRMS, ITIL applications required
Requirements
- Maintain and optimize Workday system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related technical issues and service requests
- Manage and coordinate Workday updates, releases, and enhancements in coordination with HR, Finance, IT teams and other stakeholders
- Develop and support Workday integrations with third-party systems
- Ensure compliance with security policies and data governance best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and system efficiencies
- Provide training and technical support for users
- Follow change control policies and procedures for application migrations from non-production to production environments
- Minor programming and development
- Participate in internal and external audits and produce audit documentation and reports as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service
