The Permit Coordinator is responsible for tracking, submittals, communication, presentation, feasibility studies, and research for all aerial/underground ROW permitting related to fiber optic utility installation. Key duties include preparing and submitting permit applications, coordinating with agencies for compliance, and maintaining accurate permit records.

This role is responsible for leading project delivery from Statement of Work (SOW) to closeout, which includes developing project plans, defining milestones, and managing change control processes. The Project Manager must also consolidate and prioritize multiple concurrent projects across accounts, maintaining program-level roadmaps and optimizing engineer utilization.
