Role Description

The Legal Administrator will manage client files and serve as the main point of contact for clients, while representing the company in a professional manner.

  • Schedule: Regular business hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Positions: 2
  • Salary: $20.00/hour
  • Location: Must reside a commutable distance from our office in Downtown Chicago, but can work remotely.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to type 40 wpm, and have 10-Key experience
  • Excellent, professional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where top priorities change regularly
  • Good problem-solving and analytic skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Requirements

  • College degree or coursework is a plus
  • Experience working in a legal setting
  • Experience with CUBS (Columbia Ultimate Business Systems) collection system is a plus
  • Experience with Pacer
