The primary responsibility is to perform Telemedicine Consults, E-Consults, and Curbside Consults for inpatients and referring providers, focusing on removing barriers to specialty care access. The role involves communicating with referring providers and may expand to future Tele-Consults.

The Primary Therapist will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, which includes conducting individual therapy sessions and collaborating with the patient's outpatient treatment team. Responsibilities also involve completing initial intake evaluations, overseeing insurance needs, assessing progress, coordinating care, and engaging in crisis management.
