- Coordinate dependencies across design, copy, video, and external partners to keep deliverables on track.
- Identify risks early, communicate tradeoffs, and drive decisions to maintain delivery timelines.
- Manage scope changes and ensure stakeholders understand impacts to timing and resourcing.
- Build and maintain scalable workflows in Asana, including templates, intake forms, status conventions, and documentation standards.
- Establish and maintain file management standards, including Google Drive organization and governance.
- Lead project kickoffs, status updates, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
- Create visibility into project status, team capacity, and delivery expectations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Track workload and throughput to identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency.
- Forecast resource needs and recommend process improvements as the organization scales.
- Serve as a process resource for Marketing and Brand partners, helping teams engage Creative effectively.
Qualifications

- Strong understanding of creative production across digital and print.

- Proven ability to influence without formal authority and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
