Overview
LMI is seeking a Training Operations Lead to support enterprise supplemental training and adoption services for the VA deployment of Genesys Cloud CX across 65+ contact centers. The training operations lead is responsible for day-to-day execution of enterprise training operations, maintaining the Integrated Master Training Schedule, aligning delivery with deployment waves, and ensuring schedule integrity during overlapping migrations. This position is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Remote work is acceptable with flexibility to go into the office based on client’s request.

Responsibilities

- Maintain the Integrated Master Training Schedule aligned to deployment waves.
- Coordinate training readiness with VA stakeholders and system integrators.
- Oversee trainer assignments and resource allocation.
- Track training completion and adoption metrics.
- Produce weekly and monthly status reports.
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years supporting federal IT or enterprise training programs.
- 5+ years managing scheduling or multi-workstream coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and dependable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting VA modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge and experience with government large-scale transformation efforts.
- Experience with Cloud-based CC technologies (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, NICE).

The target salary range for this position is $90,000-$130,000.
