Job Description
• Conduct preventive maintenance and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site
• Lead training efforts and perform commissioning and testing of the AutoStore system
• Ensure high system availability and customer satisfaction
• Deliver training for end users and customer maintenance teams
• Maintain strong customer relationships through troubleshooting and rapid issue resolution
Job Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training as an industrial electronics technician, electrician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer, electronics technician, or a certified electrician
- Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams and work with 1000 volts
- Experience in field service is ideal
- Familiarity with working at heights (up to 7 metres)
- Car driving licence required
- Fluency in English
