What You’ll Do

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

  • Guide individuals and families through onboarding and enrollment processes

  • Explain available coverage options clearly and professionally

  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation

  • Deliver strong customer service and follow-up support

  • Participate in leadership development sessions and team training

  • Build strong client relationships while developing your management skills
