What You’ll Do
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Guide individuals and families through onboarding and enrollment processes
Explain available coverage options clearly and professionally
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Deliver strong customer service and follow-up support
Participate in leadership development sessions and team training
Build strong client relationships while developing your management skills
