Kentro is hiring for an experienced ServiceNow System Admin for Kentro’s VA ESOM-End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States. In this role, you will plan and execute System Administrative tasks with a specialized focus on ServiceNow operations. This role will collaborate with other Operations team members to execute all System Administrative tasks for the ServiceNow platform, maintaining configurations, user access, and platform health for a large-scale federal enterprise environment.
Location: This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Execute System Administrative tasks related to daily Platform Operations.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow instance settings, application properties, and platform features.
- Manage user accounts, roles, groups, and access control lists.
- Monitor system health and respond to platform alerts and operational issues.
- Process and document system changes per change management protocols.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities per established procedures.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and administration runbooks.
- Support audits and compliance activities with accurate configuration records.
Job Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- 5+ years total relevant experience
- 2+ years of ServiceNow administration experience.
- Foundational knowledge of ITIL service management.
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting ability.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, engineering or other engineering or technical discipline (an additional 8 years of additional relevant experience can be substituted for the degree requirement)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- US Citizenship or Green Card
