System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our team with a professional, driven Customer Service Representative. By working with System Pavers, you’ll be provided with the necessary training and support from our wonderful team and enjoy a robust support system based on our three decades of experience.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer related phone inquiries and ensure that any questions or issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
- Schedule appointments between customers and our design consultants.
- Confirm scheduled appointments.
- Respond to email correspondence from customers and internal team members.
- Stay up to date with all company procedures/protocol pertaining to the call center.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated: You’re driven by your desire to accomplish goals that have been set out in front of you and the opportunity to provide world-class customer service.
- Great Communicator: You excel in both verbal and written communications.
- Personable: You’re known for your ability to display your expertise in a positive and understandable manner.
Requirements
- Customer service/phone presence.
- Ability to type at least 50 WPM.
- Bilingual - English & Spanish.
- Problem-solving mentality with ability to remain both calm and positive under pressure.
- Committed to upholding SP team values: Teamwork, Accountability, Positivity, Continuous Improvement, and Integrity.
Benefits
- This position is an entry-level, full-time role that offers compensation of $16.50/hour with bonuses (~$18-$19).
- We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States; however, visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
