Role Description

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for Coordinators with a passion for hospitality. If you have a background in travel, guest services, or tourism and want to transition into a professional in the Travel/Tourism Sector, and operate on a flexible, independent basis, allowing for full autonomy over your schedule and workflow, we want to hear from you.

This position is 100% remote. As a Coordinator, you will be the "concierge" for professional clients. You will manage high-level service requests, coordinate destination logistics, and ensure every client receives a world-class experience. This is a role for a detail-oriented professional who understands the "white-glove" standard of the hospitality industry.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for luxury destination and client service accounts.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between vendors and clients to ensure itinerary accuracy.
  • Proactively identify service enhancements to improve the clients' journey.
  • Manage a high volume of coordination tasks with professional poise and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Hospitality & Tourism: Former hotel managers, concierge staff, or travel agents who are ready to transition their expertise into a 100% remote, high-level coordination role.
  • High-Volume Sales: Results-driven professionals who understand that "the fortune is in the follow-up." If you are comfortable managing a pipeline and closing service agreements, your earning potential here is significant.
  • Client Relations & Customer Success: Individuals who have managed professional accounts, handled "VIP" escalations, or served as a dedicated point of contact in a corporate setting.
  • Administrative & Executive Support: High-level EAs or Project Coordinators who are masters of logistics, calendar management, and "making things happen" behind the scenes.
  • Service-Based Entrepreneurs: Self-starters who have experience working on a contract or commission basis and value the freedom to scale their income based on their own efficiency.
