We are looking for an organized and proactive Booking & Scheduling Specialist to coordinate reservations, manage timelines, and support clients through a structured planning process. In this fully remote role, you will ensure appointments, confirmations, and booking details are handled accurately while delivering a professional and responsive client experience. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys managing moving parts, communicating clearly, and keeping systems organized in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Coordinate reservations, scheduling, and booking confirmations
- Communicate with clients to collect necessary information and provide updates
- Monitor deadlines, changes, and adjustments to maintain accuracy
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation
- Ensure all details are reviewed carefully to provide a smooth, seamless experience
- Follow established systems and processes to maintain workflow consistency
