Job Description
Job Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Alabama
- Knowledge of state laws and civil procedure
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in finance, real estate, or litigation
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of the states where you practice
- Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, TILA, and applicable state and federal debt collection and real property law preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
