Job Description

• Responsible for litigation caseload including probate, title curative, wrongful foreclosure, and eviction matters • Attend court hearings and perform discovery • Prepare and review documents for accuracy, including court filings and correspondence • Provide legal advice to clients and research applicable statutes and case law • Resolve title issues and complete necessary curative actions for clear title.

Job Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Alabama
  • Knowledge of state laws and civil procedure
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in finance, real estate, or litigation
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of the states where you practice
  • Knowledge of FDCPA, RESPA, TILA, and applicable state and federal debt collection and real property law preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
