Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnership development, channel management, or business development within the advertising industry, with proven ability to drive revenue through agency partnerships
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex contract negotiations and partnership agreements, including the ability to work cross-functionally with legal and finance teams to structure deals that balance partner needs with business objectives
- Familiarity with technical integration models (API, MCP etc) with an understanding of how agencies evaluate build vs. buy decisions—enabling credible conversations with both technical and strategic stakeholders at partner organizations
- Strong ability to influence partner behavior and secure commitments that drive business results—not just maintain relationships, but activate partners to take specific commercial actions
- A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in bridging the gap between media and creative teams
- Proven track record of building successful agency partnerships that deliver measurable revenue growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with C-suite executives at partner agencies to negotiate terms and close strategic deals
- Analytical mindset with experience establishing partnership metrics, tracking performance against revenue targets, and using data to drive accountability and optimization.
