Job Description
Role Description
The Finance performance systems manager will serve as the architect and guardian of our Automotive Finance performance infrastructure - ensuring it serves as the organization’s "Single Source of Truth" for all performance initiatives and value capture. The role will drive the platform's scalability, adoption, and support (configuration, administration, and optimization). This role ensures the tool effectively supports portfolio governance, strategic alignment, financial tracking, and performance reporting.
He/she works closely with Finance teams, project managers, and stakeholders to maintain data integrity, streamline processes, and enable informed decision-making across the project lifecycle. You will not just manage software; you will drive the discipline required to maintain data integrity.
This role will report to the Finance Transformation office. As a senior member of the transformation office, you will have a significant learning opportunity in a highly competitive environment, providing an excellent platform for career advancement.

- Conduct regular audits on project status, financials, and resource assignments.
- Create playbooks and conduct training sessions for Initiative Owners and Finance partners.
- Act as the first line of support for troubleshooting issues, ensuring user friction does not lead to data gaps.
- Drive a culture where tool usage is synonymous with project execution—reinforcing the mindset that "if it isn't in the tool, it isn't happening."
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting.
- Support financial tracking including cost, budgets, and benefits realization.
- Enable insights for strategic alignment and prioritization.
- Lead community of experts, drive best practices and increase overall maturity.
- Identify automation opportunities and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with PMO leadership on maturity and process development.
- Support cross-functional reporting across strategy, finance, and operations.

- Proficiency in reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or native PPM analytics).
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience integrating PPM platforms.
- PMP, PfMP, CAPM, or SAFe certifications.
