Compensation: $1000 - $1200 monthly.
The MedServ Group is a rapidly growing medical practice that provides residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities with top-of-the-line care. We are currently searching for a talented Optometrist Collaborating Physician to join our team! You will use your clinical and interpersonal skills to provide the highest quality of care for our patients. The ideal Optometrist Collaborating Physician is confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering quality healthcare to the elderly population.
Optometrist Collaborating Physician Responsibilities
- Overseeing the supervision of our optometrists.
- Collaborating with doctors and managing the care of residents at numerous facilities (remotely).
- Willingness to attend Board of Medicine meetings or submit requests to the Board in support of proposed collaborative relationships with licensed optometrists.
- Maintaining an active and valid medical license.
Optometrist Collaborating Physician Requirements
- Must hold a valid medical license in the state.
- Familiarity with EMR & billing systems such as PCC, Matrix Care, Advanced MD, Clearinghouses such as Trizetto and Change Healthcare etc preferred.
- · Must hold a valid DEA/Controlled Substance License in the state.
- Geriatric experience in a clinic, hospital, or nursing home.
General Information
- Compensation: $1000 - $1200 monthly.
- All doctors are 1099 (independent contractors).
